How It Works

The ordering process begins with choosing a design for your custom name sign. Once you have chosen a size and style, you can start customizing your gift with different scripts, photos, etc.

Within a few days of placing your order, you will receive a proof of your design via email. Proofs are usually sent within 5-7 business days, and if you have not received it in that time please check your spam folder or contact us.

Once you have approved the proof, we complete your order and mail it to you! Turnaround times are generally 7-10 business days, often depending on how quickly you approve the emailed proof. Please keep in mind that the summer wedding season and Christmas holiday are peak ording times, and turnaround times may be longer. If you are giving a personalized name sign during peak times, please make sure to get your order in early or contact us about rushing your order!
