Q: How long until my order ships?
A: Our standard production time is 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday). The day your order is placed will be considered day 0. For orders requiring proof approval, the sooner you approve the proof, the sooner we can send your order to production (delays in proof approval or multiple revisions will extend production time). Rush order processing is available for an additional fee ($25) if you need your order to arrive quickly. Please email us before ordering to check availability if you need your order by a specific date. Leaving a deadline date in your order notes without first contacting us will not guarantee delivery by that date.
Peak ordering times such as the summer wedding season and Christmas may cause our production times to be longer.
Q: Can I ship my order directly to the gift recipient?
A: Yes, definitely. We do not include any invoices or paperwork in our packages for this exact reason.
Q: My order is a gift, can you include a note to the recipients?
A: Absolutely. During step 5 of checkout, you will see a box labelled "Order Instructions/Comments" where you can enter the gift message that should be included in the package. (Not applicable on canvas print orders)
Q: Are your designs available in other sizes and colors?
A: Many of our signs and canvas prints can be custom ordered in other sizes and colors. If you are interested in placing a custom order, please contact us with the details of your request and we will be happy to help.
Q: Will I see a proof of the product I ordered before it is made?
A: Yes! We send proofs by email for approval for most personalized items unless otherwise noted on the product page. Proofs are usually sent within 5-7 business days of purchase. If more than 7-8 business days have passed and you have not received a proof, please check your spam folder or contact us. Sometimes emails are lost or get returned and we may need a secondary email address to resend the proof
Q: Can I see a mockup or preview of a design before ordering?
A: No, we generally don't begin work on any design until the order is complete and paid in full.
Q: Can your canvas prints be framed?
A. Yes they can, but it is not necessary. All of our canvas wall art is designed with the print continuing around all 4 sides of the piece which eliminates the need for framing.
Q: Can you create a custom sign or canvas design for me?
A: Definitely! If you are interested in a custom design, please contact us with specific details of what you have in mind and we will be happy to help.
Q: I ordered a sign or canvas print with a photo. What size photo should I upload?
A: We always suggest uploading the highest resolution copy of the photo that is available. This will ensure the best possible print quality on the finished product. In most cases, photos from the internet (facebook, twitter, etc.) will be low resolution copies of the original and should be avoided. If you are unsure about the photo you are wanting to use, please email it to us prior to ordering and we can give you a definite answer on what can be done with it.
Q: I received my order and realized that I made an error within the text. Can I return the item to be corrected?
A: No, unfortunately there is nothing we can do to change the text on a completed sign or canvas. A new item will need to be ordered. We do have a discount available if you wish to order a replacement.
Q: Do you ship outside of the U.S.A.?
A: We have suspended international shipping due to the unpredictable USPS transit times caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
